Horrible experiencia
El día que teníamos el check in le escribo al propietario para que nos dé indicaciones. El msj de el propietario fue que él no tenía disponible los apartamentos, tampoco que tenía 2 aptos sino 1 solo pero no estaba disponible ese fin de semana, que no sabía cómo hoteles.com me había dejado reservar. Esto yo ya lo había pago, a lo que el propietario me dice que él me devuelve la totalidad.
Esto fue realmente así, pero aún así nos quedamos sin poder viajar, perdiendo la plata de los pasajes.
Hoteles.com nunca se hizo responsable de tener en disponible dicho apto cuando, según el propietario, no estaba disponible. Muy mala experiencia.
