Our bathroom flooded shortly after we moved in to our Club Level room. We ordered a taxi on the last day that we waited over an hour for and then discovered we had been forgotten. The hotel is very well located in the city center, has a shuttle for evening transport to nearby restaurants and attractions (like Puerto Madero). Staff is great, restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent. Has very good gym and indoor pool. Only downside on our part is that mattresses were on the hard side and pillows too large/tall. Overall would definitely return.

What a beautiful property! The lobby was very rich in style! The staff was very kind and thoughtful, willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable! While I didn't use the gym or the pool, both looked in credible! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially because there is so much around this hotel as far as food and drink, all in walking distance!
