Cash only, and you get what you pay for

To start off, the front door was stuck to a point where only a thin person with no luggage would fit through. Check in was slow, and at the end I was informed that the place is CASH ONLY (they wanted exact change, too) and invited to go to an ATM at 10PM. There was one right across the street, but wasn't working, so I had to visit a couple of others that were luckily nearby. When I returned, the person at the front desk made an error when punching in the amount on the receipt, so I told them I would pay in the morning and went to my room. A little later they called me (it was already after 11) asking for the money, but I told them I wouldn't pay without getting a receipt. In the morning, the issue with the receipt was still not solved, so I had to pay since I couldn't wait. I guess you get what you pay for! Room was what would expect for the price.

Good location.

A potentially a great hotel. It wasn't as good as I was hoping for. Firstly I wasn't told they didn't accept credit card as a formal of payment, only cash or PayPal accepted there. It was lucky I had PayPal account otherwise I would have to find somewhere else to stay. Next the reception lady took wrong payment and charged me more than I booked for and didn't want to give in when I showed her my confirmation from Expedia. It took us a while until she realised it was her fault. The room was OK, the bathroom had a very bad smell which didn't seem to go away and it was a sharp metal pin stuck on the tiles which was very dangerous. Overall I was very disappointed with the hotel and how they handled the situation.

Good location for a one night stay

The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of the city which is good for the price as long as you don't want to spend any time in your room. The rooms are tiny and our particular room had a huge patch of dark black mould on the ceiling and some floorboards which sat up by the window....bit dangerous on the 9th floor. The staff were really nice at check in, however we had to check out at 5am the next morning to catch a flight and the desk was unattended, fine, but the front doors were locked and there was no way to get out. We rang the bell and the phone for 15 minutes and when no one came we eventually had to search for the door switch behind the desk so we wouldn't miss our flight. I'm sure this is a massive one off but to be safe I'd recommend telling the staff multiple times if you need to leave early.

After weeks in hostel dorms this was perfect

We booked in to have our own personal space a private shower and a decent sleep for one night in between hostels just for our sanity. Perfect for what we wanted as we didn't need much room, the only negative was the breakfast was super average. Every hostel we have been too caters 10 times better but overall it was fantastic for the price we paid.

Very small hotel

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are very small, specially the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for budget-minded sightseers.

Although this is a small hotel with tiny rooms, its location is great (easy walk to Teatro Colon, lots of restaurants and chafes, shopping, Obelisk, etc.). Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms very clean and in fine condition. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but there are plenty of great cafes close by to grab better food. If you want a clean, safe and convenient place to stay so you can see the city, this fits the bill, especially if you get a great price. If you are looking for a large and luxurious hotel, you will want to pay much more money and stay elsewhere.

A começar pela fachada que não é mais do hotel. Ficamos procurando o endereço, e descobrimos que agora funciona um restaurante no lugar. As fotos estão completamente desatualizadas. Não tem nome. A recepção não fica ninguém. Tivemos a sorte de encontrar um telefone e falamos com uma pessoa pelo WhatsApp, que nos informou que uma terceira pessoa iria nos receber. O quarto com cheiro de mofo, não havia serviço de quarto. A limpeza nós tínhamos que fazer, porém não havia toalha para trocar, o banheiro fica completamente molhado. O teto na porta do quarto estava caindo, e com um cano à mostra que ficava pingando. Ficamos sem energia durante duas horas das 22h às 00h. Não tínhamos a quem recorrer. Foi uma experiência péssima. Não recomendo o hotel, nem como o site pois devia ter informações atualizadas dos estabelecimentos.

El lugar no coincide c la foto de la pagina, lo estan remodelando dicen , con lo cual en la entrada hay un amontonamiento de colchones y bañeras, no les funcionaba el posnet asiq tuvimos q salir a buscar efectivo. Dentro de la habitacion habia uno de los baños desarmado. La limpieza y la atencion del conserje bien.

La habitación normal. Me llamó mucho la atención la recepción muy desordenada y como a medio terminar, con sommiers en desuso apilados y visibles justo al lado de la puerta de ingreso. Nunca me emitieron factura o ticket de la estadía, tampoco hubo desayuno. Podrían mejorar esos aspectos para que haya una relación más acorde con el precio.

Al principio, nos acomodaron en una habitación que tenía el techo con humedad y descascarado ( estaban en plenos arreglos), solicitamos cambio de habitación, y nos ubicaron en una un poco mejor, pero con el vidrio de la ventana roto. Los baños muy pequeños y sin bidet, la puerta de vidrio esmerilado, pero con una gran luz, sin privacidad, compartimos habitación con una amiga. La ubicación excelente, pero opacada por lo anterior.

Mal olor en la habitación,colchón se hunde,ni un vaso de agua te dan, ninguna atención al cliente(mas allá de que no incluía desayuno pero ni un caramelo de atención había) cuando te bañas el agua queda todo en el baño y como no te deja un trapo de piso el agua sale hacía la habitación.
