This place has 5 star potential but sadly it’s only a 3 due several problems. 1) No response to multiple messages sent via hotels.com regarding check/in process, 2) Dirty floors, dirty and greasy dishes. 3) Uncomfortable, old, broken down sofa 4) Broken glass shower surround 5) very uncomfortable patio furniture 6) General poor upkeep - water stains to ceiling from old leaks, poor quality trim repairs. If they really clean the place, get some decent furnishings, fix up the patios and do some basic repairs it will be 5 stars. The location is good. I own a rental property so I have an idea of what I’m talking about.

Great apartment to stay in Palermo. Easy checkin and checkout. Clean, cozy, well equipped apartment in a great area. The Palermo area is safe and has alot to do within walking distance. The only issue I had with my room was a parking alarm outside that constantly went off. Besides that everything went smooth.

Codes were sent only after request the day before check in and info about WiFi was incorrect. Otherwise communication was responsive. Place is still in good condition, some noisy nights but everything it's really ok.

Great location. The property is clean and simple, nothing special. There were a few inconveniences. The communication with the host was difficult. We asked questions that were never answered which left us having to figure things out on our own. The WiFi also did not work, so good thing we had cellular data or else we would have had no internet. Things like this are why we give it a 4 instead of a 5.

We booked the apartment through Expedia. The instructions were to contact the property prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful. We ended up arriving in Buenos Aires with no connection from the property. Eventually, after hours trying to make arrangements for access to the confirmed booking, we were transferred to the relocation team at Expedia. Ultimately, we were set up in an alternative accommodation which ended up being very good. The hours, days and weeks spent trying to get into this Hestia at plaza Serrano created alot of stress and alot of time and effort. We never did see the apartment and the property never returned our messages or answered the phone. Really unpleasant experience all round.

The location was great, walkable to a lot of cool shops, cafes and restaurants in Palermo soho. Communication with the host was good, too. They just really need to improve the cleaning. Also important to know that apartment 110 has a „view“ towards a wall, so I would recommend to book on the upper floors.
