This is NOT a hotel and should be considered false advertising. I had to buy my own toilet paper, SOAP, pillowcases and towels to avoid using the same for my 21 night stay. There is NO cleaning service . The stench of the smoke from the neighbors permeates the whole room and causes nausea. One neighbor snores incessantly and I was unable to sleep as I was awakened by his wife cursing at him. There is little ability for natural light as the apartment opens directly onto a courtyard and the other units. Although there are armed guards and security personnel in the lobby, they do not appear to be concerned about the presence of illegal activity in the units. This is a serious threat to one’s mental, physical and emotional wellbeing as well as a highly toxic environment.
It is appalling that despite other negative reports, EXPEDIA continues to promote this dangerous establishment.
Bring cash as well for all of the extra “fees” that the owners extort from you.
I encourage you to book elsewhere if staying longer than a night.
I am a seasoned traveler and this was my fourth extended trip to Buenos Aires. I have never experienced such deception from a lodging company.
