The owner was very responsive (and speaks great English. When the tea kettle didn't work, he sent a new one right away. Great location just on Florida street, very safe area. 2 min walk to the Pacífico Mall, to the nearest metro. Apartment is on 3 floors (bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs), so can be challenge if you have mobility issue
