Great property with old world characteristics. In the heart of the historic city. Food is excellent in both the bar and restaurant on the property. Getting around the historic city is just a short walk away. Requires crossing a bridge across the gorge to get to the remainder of the historic city, not for those who are afraid of heights.

This hotel is so nice and majestic. The personnel are very accommodating and the Waite staff are wonderful. Cons…1 waitress showed signs of a severe cold but was still serving and waiting on customers…definitely a turn off. Room was very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access to town was just a short walk over a very high narrow bridge so if you have a fear of heights just drive your car or take a taxi into old town. Beautiful city and relaxing people. Via España!!!

This is a beautiful parador. The surrounding area is very peaceful and calm. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many homemade options.

Traditional hotel in historic building overlooking, and in easy walking distance of, the UNESCO Heritage site of Cuenca. Comfortable well maintained large rooms.
