Little Northcott: Spacious Rural Retreat located on our working farm at Northcott . Offering 4 Bedrooms, it sleeps up to 8 guests, with room for infants in cots: 2 double en suite Bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, ground floor wetroom, plus family bathroom with jacuzzi bath (flexible bed configuration whereby each twin can be converted to a double bed and 1 x superking can be converted to another twin) .

Large private enclosed garden with luxury 6 berth hot tub on raised patio enjoying panoramic views out across the countryside to the coast. Located on our farm at Northcott. Just 15 minutes walk along our private farm lane to the dog friendly beach of Northcott Mouth and just 20 minutes walk to the local pub. Up to 3 dogs welcome.

Family friendly

Property was spacious and homely, all mod cons. Great for kids to run around and lovely peaceful, rural setting. Great access for disabled . Hot tub overlooking sunset and total dark at night, bliss. Made to feel v welcome by Andrew 👍
