Ein absolutes No-Go â nie wieder!
Wir sind sprachlos ĂŒber das, was man hier als âHotelâ bezeichnet.
Am Empfang eine Mitarbeiterin, die ausschlieĂlich Vietnamesisch spricht â eine VerstĂ€ndigung war nur ĂŒber Google Ăbersetzer möglich. Laut ihrer Aussage habe es vor Kurzem eine MassenschlĂ€gerei gegeben â was die EinschlĂ€ge und Spuren von FaustschlĂ€gen an mehreren ZimmertĂŒren leider bestĂ€tigen.
Der Empfangsbereich wurde zusĂ€tzlich als KĂŒche zweckentfremdet: Ihr Mann kochte dort, wodurch das gesamte GebĂ€ude nach Rauch roch.
Anfangs wurde versucht, uns abzuwimmeln, doch nach vier Stunden beharrlichem Warten und Diskutieren erschien schlieĂlich der Chef â mit zwei Stunden VerspĂ€tung â und stimmte einer RĂŒckerstattung unserer Zahlung fĂŒr drei NĂ€chte zu. Wir konnten zum GlĂŒck in ein seriöses Hotel wechseln.
Leider kann man keine Minuspunkte vergeben.
Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert â wir kommen definitiv nie wieder!

Receptionist spoke only Vietnamese, communication was only possible via Google Translate. She mentioned a recent mass brawl, which was confirmed by visible fist marks on several room doors.
Her husband was cooking at the front desk, causing smoke throughout the building.
They tried to dismiss us, but after 4 hours of insisting and discussion, the manager (who showed up 2 hours late) refunded us for 3 nights.
We were able to move to a proper hotel.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!

Got room only for 10 days out of 14. No dishes, no kitchen ustensiles, no toaster, no hangers in closets for clothes, no television . Had to buy to everything.
