Access to the house is via a natural road of 100 metres. You will find comfortable furnishings in rustic Tuscan style. In the basement there are two rooms with low ceilings, one with a ping pong table and the other with a billiard table.

The villa dates back to the 1600s and was the home of a farmer who worked on the property and is now located in an organic farmhouse. It is a stone house that retains its original features, the ceilings some have been maintained maintaining the originality of the materials.
