Well presented and tidy room despite the exterior.

Our first stay in an apartment via hotels.com and while a little confused by all the emails from HOLT before arrival their process was straightforward and easy to follow. Knowing the apartment nunber would have helped more when we arrived but we worked ut out. The apartment was well presented and themed throughout with an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave and coffee machine (with pods provided) Both bathrooms were clean and tidy and the Christmas tree up in the living room was a nice touch. Coming from a warmer climate the rooms were cold but the blankets welcomed and the electric heater surprisingly efficient. Proper sealing around the windows will help for sure but the rooms were quiet and beds comfy so all in all a great stay. Dont let the exterior put you off, the interior was absolutely fine and the little corner shop a god send on the first day. Brilliant location for getting around the city and a bus stop right outside too was a bonus.

Advantages: - Location - Clean (only during check in) - View from 17th floor Disadvantages: - Low presure for hot water - No cleanning sevice during the stay - Building stability and bad condition of elevators - DO NOT BOOK this appartment if you don't want to spend time in pre-check in bureocracy. - Not value for money. - There is no free parking space into the building, as noticed in Hotels.com website.
