Fantastic location! Just be aware that elevator only goes to 3rd floor, so if you apt is on 4th floor, the stairs are very hard. The bed is comfortable but the room could use a little fixing and a little atmosphere but i would rent it again. You can’t beat it

Wonderful, better than expected!

As a group of 5 girls on a short trip to Brussels, this apart-hotel could not have been more ideal!!! We loved the super spacious 3 story loft-like apartment we had, the location is just super super central and perfect and near everything. You do hear some noise from the street as there’s a lot of bars nearby. Really great kind and helpful service, seems to be a family run business and u can feel it from the way they seem to really take guests comfort to heart.

Centrally located, but long-term construction across the street, as well as noise from the office below, could be problematic to light sleepers. Access to a refridgerator, oven, stovetop, and coffee machine was a plus.

Great Location!

The location was awesome- but the windows were cracked and there was no chance of sleeping on Saturday night with loud drunk people in the streets until 6am. It sounded like they were right in the apartment- but I suppose that is expected when you are right in the middle of everything. The apartment was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and she stayed late to accommodate our late booking.

Get what you pay

The service and organization are perfect. Very easy check in and check out. The apartment is clean and very well located, two steps from the grand place. However the beds are very unconfortable with old mattress and tinge apartment is overall quite small. Still good value for money for that lcoatiin
