Just stayed at the Mila Hotel in Brussels and honestly? Small but mighty is the vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I wanted to invite them to dinner. Check-in and check-out were smoother than Belgian chocolate. Clean, comfy rooms, a surprisingly good breakfast (for a hotel this size, it felt like a magic trick), and the location? Chef’s kiss. 10/10 would Mila again.

Muy agradable.

Nos gustó mucho este hotel. Excelente la limpieza, y la atención de su personal. Hablaban español, por lo que no tuvimos problemas en la comunicación. Muy buena ubicación, para moverse a pie a los lugares de interés en el centro histórico, y de requerir locomoción, hay buses y metro a 50 pasos. El desayuno es muy bueno. Lo unico que podría llegar a ser un problema es si necesitas, por el calor, abrir ventanas en la noche, porque el ruido de personas que transitan podrían molestarte.

This is a gorgeously decorated, comfy hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The cons are that in the green room we were in, the toilet wall is made of glass cubes that have a view on the bed and even though these aren't completely see-through, it does lack privacy when 2 people are in the room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with things looking pretty but tasting cheap. The heating was locked in off position when I arrived so no matter how much I tried switching it on it didn't work and I was freezing until I asked a lovely staff member for help, which they provided immediately. I would still recommend this hotel as it is so pretty, but I would warn people about those little things beforehand.

Looking in from the outside, I was very sceptical about this place. Once we found the little doorbell next to the door camera and was greeted by staff and got into our room, this was a great choice. We had great service and a beautiful room - all very convenient to the sights of Brussels

Good for a short break

The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk to the grand place. It is a lovely boutique hotel, you need to know the room is very small but very clean and modern. The shower in the 6th floor was luke warm in a morning, hot in the evening. No where to hang your clothes, no drawers or shelves or wardrobes. We had to place all our clothes on the suitcase rack. No shower gel in the shower area - cleaner needs to check this when cleaning. We just used the shampoo. The lift only holds 2 people - worth noting if you don’t like small spaces. There is a fire escape staircase. Overall we had a good 3 night stay for a good price

I was disappointed to find that the blind was broken in the bathroom of my room when I arrived. I reported it to the receptionist who to begin with expected me to accept the room and use a staff shower to avoid being seen. I wasn’t happy to accept that and finally was offered an alternative room. All in all a very mixed experience.

This is an interesting little place, very clean, great shower. The breakfast was very nice. The entrance is unusual, with a more hostel feel than a formal hotel. (not a problem, just something to know ahead) The workers were especially kind and friendly. It is a convenient location, just a bit outside of the most busy streets. I would stay here again.

Had such an amazing experience and time at the Mila Hotel and definitely keeping this place bookmarked for future visits! Customer service was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk around and is close to many activities. Definitely would recommend!
