We needed a room near Midi station for an early train the next morning. This hotel served us well in that. It was clean, modern and very near the station. The room and bathroom were quite small though, so we wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. The area around Midi station isn’t great.

Very close to the station which was nice. Area seemed safe but was way too noisy! All night long there were loud cars and sirens and such. Loved that they had free secure luggage holding prior to check in. Room was small but that’s all we needed as it was just for sleeping.

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station and within easy walking distance of multiple dining locations. The staff helpful. Luggage storage available. The only negative-the rooms were tiny.

Good quality basic room. No amenities except for bottle of 2-in-1 shower gel/ shampoo. Perfect room for me, clean, directly across Midi station and help yourself to coffee, tea & water. Only down side is, the area didn’t feel very safe, some homeless in the entire area hotel assured us it’s safe tho. Overall, it’s a great stay.

Good hotel near the station

Hotel was fairly new, near the Brussels Zuid station. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Hotel has coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours for the guests. The only downside is that the breakfast area is very small and it can be chaotic at peak times. Also, breakfast options are very small and limited for what you pay.

Extremely convenient for Brussels Midi railway station - literally 2 minute walk from the station. Unfortunately the surrounding area didnt seem very desirable and we were conscious of groups of males congregating on the street corners. Fine for the one night stay we had but i wouldnt recommend basing yourself here if your trip is for general sight-seeing for more than a day or 2.

The room was quite spartan but functional and a little cramped for two people, but to be expected considering the price. It was surprisingly quiet and very clean. The drinks counter downstairs was well stocked and easy to use, but something to be aware of if you prefer to have the ease of having it in your room. Most of the facilities were self-service (luggage storage, drinks, etc) but the staff at the reception were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is extremely handy if you’re travelling by train or getting public transport, but not much else to recommend it in the immediate vicinity, and unfortunately the ongoing construction works make the walk into the city centre not particularly pleasant.
