This was difficult to rate The breakfast was great The location is good The staff are nice The price was very high the first day because of some surge pricing in Brussels- rest of the days were acceptable The issues The wifi is open just like any restaurant so you will need VPN software - they have a secure wifi for the staff and in took 3 days to advise me that I would not get access to it There was a wifi repeater in room 114 behind the TV. It should have been in a hallway or elsewhere There was some water damage on the walls Bathtub was too high and hard to get into. Glass door to the tub could only open one way because the tub was too high Room configuration was strange and too narrow -maybe that is why we got our room early Get a VPN before you travel and book early. Brussels seems to get full quickly

Was a last minute booking following a mishap in the location of our planned stay. Hotel was very welcoming in all regards. Breakfast was great and location was perfect for getting around the city.

Very happy with this motel. Staff were fabulous. Special mention to Joseph. Room very clean. Extremely comfy bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast was also very good ..... lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Had a very comfortable stay. Quiet and clean. The family room was 2 ajoined rooms and I appreciated that there were separate beds for my kids. Only problem was the walk in shower didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom and hall after less than 5 minutes. Apprently this is a common problem and the staff just gave us extra towels to clean up the water that overflowed.

It's a hotel under construction, lots of dust and tons of art work all over the place, but not hung up. A very kind staff and the breakfast was next level! Good and easy location! Easy access to everything!

One night stay

Friendly hotel just a few minutes walk from Porte Du Namur metro station, it was ideal for a short break while exploring Brussels, breakfast was good here too.

Modern hotel and convenient for public transport

I use regular hotels, based on convenient location (work or evenings out). It was my first stay there, owing to my regular hotels being full or too expensive that week, but was very close to the metro and the 71 bus, so that was good. Staff were very friendly, all of the time. Room was quite large, but I would have liked more desk space (very cramped) and additional power sockets. Not good when trying to use a laptop. wi-Fi was excellent. I really appreciated the fridge and kettle (with supplies) in the room, and the free coffee downstairs. The lift was fine, but the stairs where too narrow and sharply curved for me so I only used them once. I am very tempted to stay again, but location means getting out of bed 25 minutes earlier for work, and that is a big ask!

I have stayed in this premisses before but this time it was awful. The shower didn't work, the hairdryer didn't work, the toals had other peoples plasters. This was not a welcome stay at all

Very good hotel, just needs a bit more.

Overall good experience, reception staff very friendly, beds we soft and nice, temperature control in room. Large room, could use more table space. Missing one bedside table. A bit grimey in the shower, didn't drain for first 2 nights. Staff did quickly remediate. Toilet was a bit to eco which defeated the purpose. Had to flush 10 times to make anything happen...maybe. Didnt refill soap or in room coffee. Location is very good, would stay again.
