A `home away from home`, This warm and inviting holiday house has tropical gardens with direct access to the beach, with ocean views, the covered deck overlooks the leafy dune which one can simply walk over to reach beautiful New Brighton Beach, there is also an outdoor shower. You may be lucky enough to see the whales as they migrate.
This Holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a short stroll to New Brighton store, The Salty Mangrove Restaurant, New Brighton Farmers Market and children`s park. Ocean Shores golf course is only a short drive away and a further 5 minutes south is Brunswick Heads with its variety restaurants, pub, cafes, shops. This house also comes with an outdoor spa.

House is in a great location, however is in need of maintenance, particularly the leaking roof over the back deck.
