Very traditional kind of hotel. One should try staying here instead of the branded ones. This hotel offered me the local feel. It was walking distance from the main market and perfect little abode managed by an old lady who was warm and hospitable.

This was a delightful stay!! Central to everything. They have a unique vibe, Restoration Hardware would be inspired in the main areas and private courtyard. Very clean & fresh smelling all the time. The room was tight and some wallpapers pealing. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No cold fridge or AC which seems common in Belguim. The evening staff was exceptional every time we spoke with her. She also let us put our food in their fridge and she had very helpful advice. Would stay here again and recommend it. It added value to our Bruges experience.

I cannot review this hotel as it was closed. After walking from the station, I found a note on the door saying that I had been moved to one of two sister hotels but I had no idea which one as I had received no notification from the hotel nor from Expedia. So, I walked to the closer one, it was not it, they offered me a room but the location wasn't pleasing so I walked to the other - an hour walking in total.

Amazing boutique hotel in heart of historic city

Amazing clean cosy boutique type hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas with free tea/coffee in the kitchen 24/7. Very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. Very convenient location in historic Bruges. Next to everything, yet onna quiet street. I would stay there for the second night, if it was available!!

Hotel staff was wonderful and it was a great location and super cute inside. I did, however, have an issue with check in. The hotel closes at 8:30. I booked the hotel at around 8:05 and I was on a train in route. There was no notification of the closing time. I’ve never heard something like that before, but I kind of blame Expedia at this point because that should’ve been flagged to me because of how late I was booking us and the fact that there was an hour time change.

We were surprised by the (car) traffic difficulties in reaching the hotel - and by the fact, that parking was actually available just a few minutes walk away. Maybe the parking solution should be more clearly highlighted in the description of the hotel so that clients can make an informed choice about whether to drive by the hotel to deposit luggage or to simply park and carry the luggage the few hundred meters to the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a characterful old building right next to St Salvator’s Cathedral, very convenient for anywhere in the city centre. The room was small (“cosy”, the hotel says) but had everything necessary. It was on the top floor, so had sloping ceilings (could be an issue for very tall people, although fortunately not too much for me) and there is no lift, only lots of very steep stairs (so not suitable for disabled people). The lady on reception was friendly, polite and helpful.
