All you need for a pre flight stay.

Clean and easy hotel to stay in. Large prom party going on, but could not be heard from the room. Slept well and good access to shuttle bus for the airport.

Comfortable stay over

Comfortable accommodation and convenient for airport. Staff friendly and helpful but evening meal was disappointing. Food overcooked and expensive and, call me old fashioned, but I was surprised to be addressed as “pal” and “mate”.

Apparently this hotel tells its guests at check in that if you want your room cleaned you need to tell reception. I’m made to believe they do this at check in ( that was not the case) So you can imagine my horror and disgust when I walked into my room at the end of back to back meetings to find the room unclean.When I rang reception- no one answered the phone and when I went down to reception- 2 members of staff chatting away. When I asked about my room - I was told YOU didn’t tell us to clean it- then said - I will call the manager. He went and I was left waiting for over 20mins. Manager eventually came and as a her way of dealing with this issue offered my partner and I drinks. Problem solved!! Beds are comfortable, carpets due a change, rooms not cleaned well, bins rusty, Not great

Perfect best airport stay we have had for the price, bar and food was great, lively atmosphere and outdoor area was lovely in the sun. We went for a walk too, although would be nice to have a bit more information on what can be done in the area in the event of a layover.
