Built in 2022 and located at the edge of the stunning Ouachita National Forest, this cabin offers direct access to ATV and hiking trails right in the neighborhood. With 3 spacious king bedrooms, a cozy bunk room with 4 twin beds, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the loft, Under the Southern Sky comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (especially when traveling with kids).

Relax & Unwind Outdoors
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on one of three covered decks—offering over 1,100 square feet of outdoor living space. Whether you're gathered around the firepit, soaking in the 5-6 person hot tub, dining under the stars, or playing cornhole under the pines, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax. The oversized circular driveway provides plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers.

Indoor Comfort & Entertainment
The main living area features a comfy seating area around a gas fireplace, an HDTV, and a fully stocked coffee and wine bar. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and everything you need for preparing meals. Dine indoors at the custom-built table for 10, with additional seating for 3 at the island.

Spacious Sleeping Arrangements

Downstairs: Two king suites with pillowtop mattresses, 1500-thread count sheets, and private ensuite bathrooms featuring walk-in tile showers, rain shower heads, and one with a soaking tub. A half bath and laundry closet are also on the main floor.

Upstairs: A third king bedroom, a bunk room with four twin beds (luxury linens throughout), and a loft with a sleeper sofa. There’s also a 14-foot shuffleboard table that doubles as a bowling game for family fun.

Convenient Location
Under the Southern Sky is close to it all — including the 259 Market, The Maze, Mountain Fork Brewery, the Cedar Creek Golf Course, and Beavers Bend State Park. The new Choctaw Landing Casino is just a quick 10-minute drive away.
