Horrible! Do not book! From the moment we arrived until we left. Arrived at 430PM (30 mins after contracted time to arrive and move in for the stay) cleaner was still there, place smelled strong of bleach, trash overflowing inside the house (we had to take it out), cleaner told us not to come outside bc she needed to do the patio and hot tub still. Called property mgmt and they put me on hold until after 5PM (stating they were going to reach out to the manager). After being on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up and called back.. went to after hours voicemail. The next evening there was water backing up throughout the house onto the floors. Called the emergency line (no answer.. left a voicemail) the next day I hear from my 6 year old that “some man” just walked in the house and wanted me to come there. Went to check it out and the guy (assuming it was the maintenance person) was gone. These are just a few things that were unacceptable. Book at your own risk and with this warning. PS - the house sleeps 20 people.. we only had 7 people total. I can only imagine what kind of septic/plumbing issues would occur with a larger group given our experience.
