Beautiful house! Very clean and welcoming with cute bows on the toilet paper and paper towels. Had a maintaince issue the first day and the host was very fast to respond and get it fixed promptly. Would stay here again, and bring the family next time. It's spacious and has all you need to cook meals and have an enjoyable relaxing weekend. The hot tub, fireplace and firepit were the top reasons I picked this place. Pruett's in Broken Bow was a great nearby grocery store with everything you need! It's enough off the beaten path to feel secluded in the woods, yet you are back on the main road in less than 5 minutes. Only 6 miles from Beaver's Bend Lake. We used WAZE and it directed us straight there with no issues. Loved it. Thanks for a great place to stay!

He house was spotless! Plenty of room for a large family. The location was great, you are right off of 259 but just far back enough that you can’t hear any vehicles. The Buffalo grill is less than 75 yards so the walk is easy. The historic downtown area had cute little shops and several nice eating places which made it perfect for our girls weekend. The ONLY thing we recommend is that when you make it into town to turn off your GPS, it will take you out to a secluded area not anywhere near he house. JUST FIND WHERE THE BUFFALO GRILL IS AND TURN ON NEESON RIGHT NEXT TO IT, AS IF YOU ARE PULLING INTO THEIR PARKING LOT and it’s easy to find from there.

Cabin was an overall great choice for our get away. We had 4 adults & 2 year old. Cabin was spacious enough no one was on top of each other. Everything functioned as expected. The cabin location was perfect & easy to get too. Driveway/road was gravel but easy for a low car to navigate in and out. Is near HWY 259 and you can hear the traffic IF you were outside & quiet but once inside the cabin there was no outside noise pollution. The hot tub was located in a position i was worried could be seen/watched from the driveways that led to the surrounding cabins. But in the end the way we parked the cars blocked the patio & seemed just fine. That being said there are other cabins in close proximity but there is just enough trees/bushes to make it private. We went in November & most the leaves were falling off so i bet in summer it has an even more private feeling. This cabin has a propane grill under the covered wrap around porch; which worked great. Along with an outdoor table/chairs & hot tub.A fire pit on the entrance side of the cabin & some firewood that was probably left behind by another guest. Thankful we didn't have to go purchase any to do smores one evening. Everything in the kitchen worked & more than i expected was supplied. There was a crock pot, toaster, blender & coffee maker w/cup option. Freezer had a functioning ice maker.

Great location located within minutes to the majority of Brokenbow and Hochatown sites! Place was well well stocked and organized but could use some attention to general maintenance, as the place is starting to show wear in several areas (fridge, jacuzzi, horseshoes, etc.) Curled rug on the floor and loose third step were potential tripping hazards. Regardless we made it work, and everyone had a great time.

This cabin was not as advertised. The hot tub water was brown/orange, it literally looked like someone had vommited in it. The door knobs where missing, screens were laid beside the house/ windows, dirty pizza packets where under the bed, stains on the bedding. The grass was knee high which made using the fire pit unpleasant. The host seemed unphased by the pictures I sent of the cabin/ issues. Should have booked a hotel for 1/3 of the price and at least felt like it was clean. Book somewhere else.

Excellent location of the property to the state park. We loved being able to wake up semi late in the morning and still enjoy the full day at the state park. The hot tub didn't warm up too much; but we were also there when it was 100d outside so maybe it was just ambient air temperature. Will definitely be back. We loved it over here.

The stay overall was good. A few things that weren’t great.A lot of lamps and or outlets didn’t work. Light bulbs out in bathroom and kitchen. The water has a very bad chemical smell and has a horrible taste. Had to use bottled water for all drinking water. Random things broken….door knob to master closet. Oven and stove weren’t clean.Nothing major just a little annoying especially for the cost.Nice house, bedrooms were great and comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Good size kitchen, living room and dinning room.
