Welcome to our charming two-bedroom ground floor garden apartment, nestled just steps away from the golden sands of Stone Bay! This beachfront retreat is an ideal haven for families and friends seeking a perfect blend of comfort, space, and stunning sea views.
Just a short stroll along the beach to Broadstairs centre; bursting with independent Restaurants, Cafe's, Bars & Pubs. The convenience of being so close to the shore allows you to embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle effortlessly.

Step into a spacious and thoughtfully designed living area, adorned with tasteful decor that sets a relaxed coastal vibe. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room and dining area, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen. The ample space ensures that everyone can unwind and socialise effortlessly.

The two inviting bedrooms are appointed with cozy furnishings, promising a restful night's sleep after a day of seaside adventures. The master bedroom has a king-size bed the second has a sturdy double bunk bed, both with comfortable bedding and ample storage space, you'll feel right at home. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze.

As you step outside, discover your private garden sanctuary boasting direct sea views. This tranquil outdoor space is perfect for lazy mornings with a cup of coffee or al fresco with loved ones.

You will have exclusive use of the apartment. The cleaners room (off the bunk room and the utility room) will remain locked, along with the cellar.

The apartment is located in The Gables, a beautiful Victorian detected property (built sometime between 1896 and 1905) and therefore has many original features and some ‘quirks’. We ask that any guest understand this ahead of booking.

The train station is a 15 minute walk. Viking Bay 10 minutes walk. Central Broadstairs 10 minutes walk.

A Great Place to Stay

Right on the clifftop in Broadstairs this property is ideal for good restaurants and great coastal walks and beach enjoyment. The property itself is lovely, spacious, and well decorated and maintained. A short walk to the fish restaurant at the Tartar Frigate is a must.
