standard Thon hotel

Standard Thon quality. Excellent breakfast buffet. Polite service but could be more engaging (don't just look at me, say something!). Only issue is that i couldn't lock a door-size window in my room, so you couldn't complete block out the street noises.

The property itself was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely well done. However, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and even though I complained about it several times, nothing was done to fix it. This soap dispenser was missing from the wall, and there was the insert sitting on the counter. I brought that to the managers attention and nothing was done about it either. They did not clean the room although we stayed for two nights. I had to get new towels from the girl with a cart down the hall. After the fourth time of complaining to the person at the front desk, someone came up and made one of the beds and left the other one unmade. The bathroom was never cleaned.

Bra hotell med gode parkeringsmuligheter. Glimrende service i restauranten/frokostsalen! Rommet var rent og pent men litt varmt om natta. Overnatter gjerne her igjen.

Nice hotel not too far from Torghatten. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was good but they didn’t really refill them quickly to when some items were finished. Plenty of parking and a few electric charging points.

Fint hotell, men rommet var ikke helt rent. En del støv og kaffekoppene var ikke rene. Men god service. Hotellet var fullbooket og det var mye folk så det gjorde frokosten rotete da det manglet mat og utstyr til tider. Men det var travelt for de ansatte.
