Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking or E-cigarettes. Sorry, no children under the age of three due to safety reasons.. The cottage location provides the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area that has to offer. Experience the charm of a traditional fisherman’s cottage with modern comforts and unforgettable views.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner, complete with electric oven and ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, TV and all the necessities that are needed to run a modern kitchen, complete with table seating for four. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a spacious large shower cubicle, integrated washbasin, integrated toilet with the benefit of an additional toilet on the top floor next to the bedrooms.

On the first floor is the lounge, which has a new galleried glass balcony with seating and views over the harbour and Tor Bay. A perfect place where you can relax in the afternoon or evening sunshine, new Fibre broadband a Smart TV, some games/books and with plenty of seating. The double bedroom on the top floor has views of the harbour, also features a comfortable double bed, hand basin, hanging cupboard and additional with electric towel rail for towel drying in the summer. House cleaning is thoughtfully included, ensuring a carefree stay.

Stayed here August 2024 for a week.

Stayed here August 2024 for a week. Thoroughly loved it, good value for money and right in the 'hub' of Brixham Harbour life. The cottage is over 3 floors so keep this in mind for anyone not completely 'able-bodied'. View from the lounge window is 100%, kitchen is well equipped and the lounge has ample seating with large screen tv. I would recommend.
