THE SPACE:
Welcome to our tranquil downtown Bristol home, a mere half mile from the lively State Street area and Hard Rock Casino. Relax in our tastefully furnished interior or unwind in the inviting outdoor oasis featuring a cozy fire pit, hot tub and covered seating or enjoy the charm of the wrap-around porch.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom including a shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two tri-fold floor mattresses in the closet along with extra linens. One will accommodate a small child, and the other will accommodate a small adult or child. Feel free to use them in any convenient location throughout the home. A portable crib is offered for the comfort and safety of your little ones.

Hot tub towels are provided in the dressers in each bedroom.

KITCHEN:
The bright and fully equipped kitchen has the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals. Please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking to see what items are provided. All devices should be fairly straightforward to use. Appliances we have on site include:
Dishwasher
Fridge/Freezer with ice and water dispenser
Oven, Stove, Microwave
Air Fryer
Toaster
Crock Pot
Keurig and Standard Coffee Maker

THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
While exploring all that Bristol has to offer, return to the serenity of our private backyard oasis. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, gather around the cozy fire pit, or dine outdoors under one of our many seating areas, including a covered space. Challenge each other to a friendly game of ring toss, as well.
Unwind on the charming wrap-around front porch, complete with rocking chairs and take advantage of easy access to the front and side lawns - perfect for your furry friend.

THE BASICS:
Whole home heating and air conditioning for the coldest of nights and hottest of days.

Rest assured, when you select the traveling with a pet option, the pet fee is included in the nightly price.

To ensure a worry-free experience, your stay is fully covered by Rental Guardian protection, eliminating the need for security deposits or accidental damage fees. Simply book and enjoy your worry-free getaway!

CLEANING FEE: At our property, your comfort, health, and safety are our top priorities. Our dedicated house cleaning crew utilizes products made from safe, all-natural ingredients, ensuring a worry-free environment for your children and pets. To further prioritize your well-being, the hot tub undergoes thorough sanitization before your check-in. Rest assured that our comprehensive cleaning fee includes professional HOUSE CLEANING, LAUNDRY SERVICES, AND HOT TUB SANITIZATION, guaranteeing a pristine and enjoyable stay for you and your family.

Scheduled Property Maintenance:
Our regularly scheduled lawn mowing day is every Tuesday between approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The lawn care crew will not need access to the backyard.

In addition to hot tub chemical safety checks between guest stays, weekly hot tub service is completed every Friday around noon by a licensed technician. This service requires access through the back gate to the fenced area.
