The unit was not clean. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped for months, the skirting boards in all the rooms have dirt and mould on them. There is spiders and spider webs along the cornice in all the rooms. The toilet seat in the ensuite was not clean, there is urine all around the top of the toilet and around the fittings of the toilet seat. It is advertised as having garage parking, however there is no remote to operate the garage door. The front door entrance is filthy, old grass clippings and spiders webs everywhere. The back patio is the same, covered in old grass clippings and spider webs to the point it's all over the outdoor table and chairs. Overall very poorly maintained property for the amount charged.
