The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the casual dining space for six and the main living room, complete with a Smart TV, creating a warm and social hub for your stay. A separate formal dining room comfortably seats up to ten guests, making long lunches, family dinners and celebrations effortless.



Sliding doors open onto the expansive covered waterfront entertaining area, where you'll find a variety of spaces to relax and soak up the canal views. Enjoy meals around the outdoor dining table, unwind on the comfortable outdoor lounges overlooking the water, or start your morning with a coffee at the intimate table for two just outside the main living area. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with the following bedroom configuration.



Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Located upstairs, this luxurious parents' retreat features a king bed, Smart TV, comfortable lounge, private sitting area, walk-in wardrobe, and a furnished balcony with two chairs overlooking the canal. The spacious ensuite boasts double vanities, a shower, spa-style bathtub, and toilet. There is also a sofa bed located in the master bedroom that can sleep an additional 2 guests.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): A beautifully appointed ensuite featuring a spa-style bathtub, shower, double vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): A spacious guest suite complete with a king bed, TV, mirrored built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and its own private ensuite.



Bathroom 2 (Ensuite): Includes a shower, double vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Located at the front of the home, this bedroom features two king single beds, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.



Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Beautifully styled with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.



Bathroom 3: Servicing the downstairs bedrooms, this spacious bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, double vanity, with a separate toilet located adjacent.



Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): Complete with a queen bed, sliding mirror doors to wardrobe storage, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.



Laundry: Conveniently located at the front of the home and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and everything needed for extended stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, private pontoon and kayaks throughout their stay.



Please note the garage is not available for guest use. Parking is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking available nearby.

A car is highly recommended to make the most of your stay on Bribie Island. With beaches, shopping centres, cafés, restaurants and local attractions all within a short drive, having your own transport allows you to explore everything the island has to offer at your own pace.



For guests using public transport, the closest bus stop is Sunderland Drive near Reef Street, Banksia Beach, approximately a 5 minute walk (300 metres) from the home, providing convenient access to other areas of Bribie Island.



Other Things to Note:

*A maximum of 2 small dogs - non shedding, $50 per pet fee. Pets on application. Photos supplied so we can see breed and size. Please note that we don't accept cats.



*We DO NOT take Schoolies bookings.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by family as part of a family booking.



*This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbouring homes in close proximity. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm.



*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete a simple online check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will be provided once this has been completed.
