My room was much smaller than realised, so I kept bumping into furniture which was rather irritating but it was decent in terms of both price and convenience of location. The selection available during breakfast was more than sufficient so I was really full that I didn't bother having any lunch.

Perfect location hotel

Lovely large room, perfect location, breakfast good.....watch out for parking charges, when we booked it said 24 hours was £20 but it was £34.50 at weekend and £25 weekday!

Unhygienic

Shower had hair in, the bathroom floor had hair on it. There was no clothes hanger There was no kettle but had a cup with coffee sugar tea.. the wall had been repaired but not finished.

Lovely people who were very helpful, kind and considerate. Whilst some of the breakfast staff’s English speaking skills were a bit limited, a willingness to understand by various means made our communication possible. For example like many places I've stayed at around the country, alternatives to cow’s milk are available, tho’ they are not always advertised or displayed and one has to think outside the box. Some basic sign language was used to convey this. I’ve often bought my own with me but obviously this is less convenient.

Fabulous stay at the Beach Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. A fantastic view of the sea from the family room. Room was very well laid out, beds were very comfortable and staff were both friendly, polite and very attentive

Good Location but a couple of Odd Issues !

Great location and good breakfast (breakfast staff very friendly) however my basic room didn`t have a chair to sit on, lucky there were two steps up into the bathroom so I was perched like a little pixie on a toad stall to watch tv. When I asked for a chair I was told that the room was small and he didn`t think it would fit !! Trust me having been in smaller rooms in Japan, a chair really would fit. Warning sign not to drink the water in the room. Yep, not quite something that you expect to see in a UK Hotel room in the 21st Century. The water was rather slimy to touch and therefore I didn`t want to shower in it either.

Hotel was clean but a bit outdated. Furniture could do with being upgraded. Curtains torn. Bed comfortable. Foyer could do with a bit of work doing on it as not very welcoming. Staff, particularly the waitresses at Breakfast were lovely.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Beach Hotel and would highly recommend a stay here! Good things: Very welcoming reception staff helped us with a room change, as we booked 2 rooms and wanted them closer together. Clean and comfortable bed. Lovely airy room overlooking the beach. Plenty of very tasty breakfast, the best cooked breakfast i have had for a long time. Central location to the pie, shops and restaurants. Will definately book here again as we enjoyed our stay. Reasonable prices. Thank you.

Great location, lovely room with a view

Fantastic stay with a lovely sea view from room 10. Ideal location across the road from the beach and i360 plus close to The Lanes. All staff were so helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. We had a delcious meal at The Regency next door the first evening

Perfect Family Holiday

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel with its fantastic location, just two minutes away from the beach, and unblocked side view of the sea front, spacious 4 beds room with very comfy and super clean beds and en-suite bathroom & full English breakfast is included ... will definitely be coming back soon ...

Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Excellent service especially at breakfast. Very close to the beach, clean room. The only downside is, there was no wifi in the room. It was only available in the lounge. I guess this is ok if you’re avoiding to use the internet as a part of your holiday. Otherwise, great place to stay! Very approachable staff.
