かいよう (Kaiyō) is Japanses for Marine. This name is inspired by the owner's links to Japan and this amazing city apartment's close proximity to the Brighton Seafront! This apartment offers you all that Brighton can provide, with amazing direct seaviews and just a short stroll along the promenade to the centre. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has just undergone a high quality refurbishment with a style that both reflects the orignal period features and lavish marine interior paintwork. A wonderful hall leads to a separate fully equipped, modern kitchen and second bedroom. The full bathroom with shower, plus another separate shower and toilet make the apartment a very comfortable proposition; perfect for couples, families or working professionals.

Just moments from Brighton's world famous pier and beach, this apartment could not be better positioned. The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV for streaming all your favourite platforms.

LIVING AREA
Overlooking Marine Square Brighton, the living area has a tonne of natural daylight. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch, lunch or dinner for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

BATHROOM

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Turn down the heating.

Outside view of the sea from dining table. There were nearby shops for basics. Nice and quiet building especially at night. Comfortable seating in lounge, beds also comfortable. Everything you will need in the kitchen, very clean.
