I checked in and first off there’s only 1 set of keys which is ridiculous. The ceiling fans were filthy, the air conditioner in the king bedroom wasn’t working blowing like a fan and the room had a strange smell ( the filter was clogged with dust). The host does not even give you a roll of paper towels nothing at all!! There was a big broken mug the frying pan had no handle ,it was a mix match stuff that needed replacing scratched up nonstick pots. The furniture was very dirty and there were no screens (the apartment has no real windows just metal louver in place of windows even in the bathroom) when I reached out to the host about the issues of the sorry Dana an ax he did fix them but his attitude got nasty when I asked for a good frying pan he told me that if I wasn’t happy I can leave did I mention I paid for a week and was traveling with my daughter who uses a wheelchair. I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service for help they tried to mediate . I would not recommend this place . Everyone gives a welcome package nothing crazy at least coffee tea bags sugar paper towels etc and if you know you don’t have screens at least some bug repellent my daughter got bit up
