The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Really, they could not have been better. Everything could have been cleaner. It's a shame, because it's a great location and very nice staff. These are all things that can be fixed and hope they are.

We apologize about the confusion in your room assignment, unfortunately as in any job there is room for human error. This was a very rare mistake and thankfully it was able to be resolved very quickly. We were able to get you into a room within minutes of the error that would accommodate your needs. While we strive to be perfect, that is sometimes not possible. We hoped that you would understand that this was a simple mistake that could be made by any person in any field of work; However we realize we failed to meet your expectations. For better results and compensation we suggest you reach out to the property manager.

I booked this room within 20 minutes of arriving as we were ready to stop for the night but knew nothing about the area. Both beds in our room could use to be replaced as they were so soft that we literally sunk into them. When we arrived, there was no one working in the lobby and no way to alert staff had arrived resulting in a wait of about 10 minutes before staff came and noticed us. In the morning, there was a large tour bus of travellers in the lobby ordering breakfast with only one employee to make these individual requests. The staff we interacted with were pleasant but this hotel was very understaffed, in our experience.
