Good free breakfast, clean hotel, quiet, easy parking. Would have given a five star review however after I left the hotel I got a bill for $14 for an emergency service fee and a facility fee, both including tax. I called the hotel and the Emergency fee was only added recently by the city and the facility fee was added by Spring Hill recently. I believe the Hotels.com site includes a note that the price listed includes all fees, however at this location that appears to be incorrect. Please let me know what your policy is regarding fees that only get charged when you leave the hotel. It feels like "Resort " Fees in Vegas, another way to gouge the consumer.

Loved this place! Very clean, and the staff is so kind. Only complaint is that the lobby was absolutely freezing, so pack a sweater if you plan to eat breakfast in the lobby!

Perfect fit

My entire experience was wonderful. The property is very new, clean, modern and spacious. The room was very large and super clean compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on my prior trip and they allow animals, which I did not know until I got my room and it smelled like a wet dog. Springhill does not allow pets. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

This is an awesome hotel. Loved the large size of the room. A/C worker well. Staff was outstanding. We stayed here because of the pool. The grandkids loved it. We enjoyed the patio anf the grilling area. The last night we cooked out late but the staff didn't know kow to turn on yhe patio lights and the firepit was unoperational. Thats was the only sad part of the stay We improvised by raiseing the shades in the fitness room and moved tables over by the window. We could see to eat. Yayy! Also, this hotel was only a few minutes from our grandkids and we got to check out the Italian Festivities that weekend. Great place.
