The hotel was clean and generally well-maintained, which I appreciated. While the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired—just the basics and not much variety—they did have coffee available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The space itself was comfortable and quiet, but a few things could’ve been better. The king bed mattress was quite firm—too hard for my liking—and the pull-out couch only had a set of sheets, with no blanket or pillow provided. The room came with just two towels, which felt a bit limited for a suite meant to accommodate more than one person. A few small improvements in comfort and amenities would’ve made a big difference.

Breakfast was non-existent compared to when it was under Hilton branding... they said it will be much better once all changes are done. Our rate didn't reflect "transition". Utilize the full kitchen in the room and bring your own breakfast.

This hotel was great at the beginning then when we pulled out the pull out couch there was no blankets or pillows. Called front desk and they rounded up two fitted sheets but no pillows. In the morning we showered to find out there was no towels. Then when we called down to front desk they said they didn’t have any and we would have to wait until 9am (it was 7am) for housekeeping to come in. Not a great experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Never again.

On the outside this hotel looks ok. On the inside it is not. Needs an immediate refurbishment. Suites have noisy air conditioning which drowned the TV. Absolutely no kitchen equipment. No extractor in the bathroom and leaking tap. Dirty carpets and room furniture We were offered another room but that was just as bad. IHG need to get this place sorted quickly.

The rooms were a great size for our family. We appreciated the small kitchenette. The entire property needs to be deep cleaned and updated. The floors in the hallways needed to be vacuumed. There was a hair in our bed and a fingernail in our coffee cup. The cleaning seemed rushed. The breakfast was very minimal and almost laughable. They only redeeming factors were the size of the suite and the price. The beds and sheets were comfortable as well. Also, our rooms only had 3 towels for 5 people. When we asked for more they said they were out. Then proceeded to finally send some up at 11:45pm.

Nice quiet hotel near the airport. Either short on staff or needing more staff. No one at check in desk for 3 to 4 min when arrived and again when checking out.
