Very comfortable beds & easy to spread out and hang out in this house. Plenty of comfortable places to sit. Very quiet location and convenient. We would stay there again.

Property was as listed, very clean, plenty of room for everyone. Teens loved the pool table and large area downstairs. Adults had fun sitting by the fire pit in the evening and talking. Very close to food, stores and the entrance to Pisgah Forest.

Very comfortable stay and very convent location. Could use a freshen interior and exterior freshen up.Also, it is not handicap friendly. We have stayed in this house several times but will need to consider another location because of all the steps.

Fabulous place, had all the amenities we need to cook & have separated spaces. Very good location other than the one questionable neighbor across the street. We felt & was very safe. Had a good time exploring surrounding area when weather cooperated. Highly recommend host & place!

Central Location for All

We booked for location as it was in town for easy access to grocery stores (Aldi), food, snacks, breweries, etc. As well as to local hiking trails and waterfalls. The code wouldn't work at check in but owner quickly got back with us (power outage that day might have been cause). Owner mentioned trying out new cleaners which we thought did amazing with towel presentations and nice touches like soaps, paper towels, cosmetic supplies, etc. We did find used bath towels behind master door they missed. I had thought one queen bedroom was downstairs with the bunkroom, but its a queen in the bunkroom and a bath downstairs. Two queen rooms (no TVs) and a king room (small TV) are upstairs to share one bath on that level. Ample closest space in each of the upstairs rooms. Nice open floorplan with kitchen/living/eating with supersized kitchen table. Gas grill worked. Game tables downstairs were fun. Would recommend and stay here again next time back to this area.

Great Family Hangout & Central Location

If you’re visiting the Brevard area this vacation home is centrally located to see the sights and do the things! It also has everything you need to enjoy family time. Very large dining table to eat or play games, spaces to watch movies, sit around a fire, play pool and shuffleboard, or just read a book. Well laid out home for family time.

Great place for groups

We stayed with family of 8 guests for our daughter’s wedding and loved the house. Owner was very responsive to communications and very helpful. Loved the game room downstairs. Home is on a quiet street and close to everything in brevard. Back yard was perfect for our pets.

Our favorite trip of the year

This was our second summer at this place and we love it. Hoping to be back next year, really feels like home away from home and the proximity to Pisgah is heavenly. The more you figure out your way around town, the more you realize how close this place is to everything. Can't say enough good things.

Over all Amazing Vacation Spot

Our family- myself, husband, daughter/son in law, son/daughter in law- 3 grand children 15, 10 and 3. Great sleeping arrangements for all. The house was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything you need. We did bring our own TP because there were 9 of us. The only thing missing was one extra bathroom when other two were in use. We stayed for 6 nights. We explored the area waterfalls and hiking, the breweries, downtown shops and also rode horses. Highly recommend triple falls hike and swimming at hooker falls. The host was very responsive and contacted me to let me know the door lock batteries had died and gave me alternate instructions on getting into the house. We saw the infamous white squirrels. We were skeptical but found them at the Brevard college campus not far from the house. We made great memories together as a family! The house across the street was a little sketchy looking but seemed to be vacant. I walked the surrounding neighborhoods and felt very comfortable doing so. Overall I would Give this experience a 5 out of 5 stars.

Water falls vacation

Great location. Quick drive to downtown Brevard. Quick drive to a lot of great outdoor activities. House very well equipped, nicely upgraded, setup well for large group. Highly recommended!

Family 2023 Winter Week Mountain Getaway

The property was excellent. Exactly as portrayed in photos. Amenities were great. Instructions were clear. Local coffee bonus was so good. We were there during a heavy rain and spotted a leak but they were so easy to get in touch with and the communication was awesome. Location is great to be near Asheville but also enjoy all the things Transylvania County has to offer! Very close to a golf simulator my husband was sure to take advantage of . We would absolutely stay again with friends or family. The spaces are private enough to get away if you need to.

Cozy Summer Trip to Brevard and Pisgah

The house was very clean, and included all the amenities mentioned in the listing. We even saw a white squirrel while sitting in the backyard! My kid loved the game room and having the whole bottom floor. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The house is very convenient to Aldi, Walgreens, restaurants, and the Pisgah National Forest. We loved our stay so much, and didn't want to leave.

Great place to stay in Brevard

Loved it. Location is perfect - we could grab coffee and head to looking glass falls to drink it in the morning. A storm took the WIFI out (ended up being a blessing in disguise) and the host was top notch with communication. The house was very clean and the amenities made this a place we will revisit.
