Can’t beat this house, location, neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful and convenient accommodations. The home, fenced backyard and neighborhood were perfect for us and our dog. We found everything we needed in the house and felt right at home while visiting family in Brevard. We had a great stay in Brevard at the cottage. The location is in ideal proximity to Brevard College and also downtown. We loved walking our dog to the various shops. There is a wonderful community pool and park directly across the street from the house which is perfect for families. The house was in great condition - very cute and cozy. Great mountain biking in the area and the cottage had a private fenced in backyard to be able to store and wash bikes. Kitchen and towels were well stocked. The cottage was clean and dealing with the host was a pleasure - very responsive and courteous. Check in was easy and we would definitely look to book the cottage again!

Perfect Brevard Cottage

Best Cottage in Brevard

This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!
