My Garda Family Apartment Brenzone

Holiday apartment with stunning lake view and swimming pool in Assenza di Brenzone, one of the most loved locations on Lake Garda, a paradise for kitesurfing, sailing and hiking enthusiasts on Monte Baldo.



The apartment, carefully maintained and welcoming, is located just 500 metres from the lakeshore and offers comfortable and well-organised spaces. It features a double bedroom, a small room with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for families or small groups. It is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a private garage for your car.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, to allow you to enjoy your holiday with complete independence. Children's equipment is also available upon request.



One of the strengths of the accommodation is the large communal swimming pool, set in a well-maintained and tranquil environment, open approximately from mid-May to mid-September and freely usable by guests.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vieles schon deutlich abgenutzt. Ausstattung, vor allem Küche, mangelhaft. Check in funktionierte nicht wie mitgeteilt. Kontakt mit Agentur erst nach Beschwerde über Fewo.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Wohnung ist toll, langer Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Beschreibung passt. Tiefgaragenplatz sehr angenehm. Leider funktionierte die Fernbedienung für das Garagentor nicht. Der Support über MygardaHoliday klappte aber gut. Nach dem ersten Telefonat ging es weiter über WhatsApp auf deutsch, und nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen, einen Zweitschlüssel im Keller zu finden, half schließlich die inzwischen informierte italienische Nachbarin mit ihrem eigenen Torschlüssel aus. Das Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken pieselte leider sehr spärlich, da sollte man die Wassersparventile mal entfernen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon

Im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung. Abzüge für die Matratzen eine sehr sehr hart die andere etwas zu weich ( für uns ). Die Wohnung liegt am steilen Berg ca. 400 m bis zum See. Alles Nötige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Das Beste ist die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See und die Berge. Weltklasse

Erholsame Tage in Assenza

Toller Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Assenza am Gardasee. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt vorbereitet, alles war sauber, die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es lagen genügend viele Hand- und Badetücher bereit. Es war nichts kaputt, d. h. egal, ob Herd, Wasserkocher oder Klimaanlage, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. In der Garage im Untergeschoss gab es einen kühlen und geschützten Platz für unser Auto, allerdings war das Einparken nicht ganz einfach. Für den Check-in ziehen wir einen Punkt ab, weil der Zugang durch das Gartentor anders funktionierte, wie in den übermittelten Unterlagen beschrieben, denn wir standen vor verschlossener Tür!

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Minuspunkt

Die Wohnung war wunderbar... genau wie beschrieben mit super Ausstattung, sauber, ordentlich, modern. Die Klimaanlage war absolut leise und der Blick auf den Gardasee ein Traum. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und kaum besucht. Es waren 2 Liegen vorhanden, für die man sich im Garten den schönsten Platz suchen konnte. Zu Fuß kann man den Dorfplatz mit Restaurants, Minimarkt, Hafenbar und Anlegestelle des Verkehrsschiffes erreichen. Auch die Bushaltestelle mit bester Verbindung sowohl nach Süden, als auch Norden befindet sich dort. Schade ist nur, dass täglich (außer sonntags) ab ca. 5 Uhr die Müllabfuhr ca. 5m Entfernung Luftlinie an den Schlafzimmern hält und dann die Nachtruhe vorbei ist. Am meisten sind wir aus dem Schlaf geschreckt, als 6.30 Uhr in dieser Entfernung der Glascontainer auf den LKW entleert wurde. Wie gesagt... ein wunderschönes Objekt für Frühaufsteher.
