I stayed at a semi-basement room. I do not recommend this room because of a musty smell and small beds not accompanying 4 persons. Also parking is very limited, almost impossible.

Parking sucks
We communicated ahead of time that we'd be getting in after hours, and got directions to get access to a key. It was not there, and weren't about to get ahold of anyone to get the key. We tried calling and emailing with no luck. After almost two hours between trying to find the place bc the road we closed and we had to come in a different way, finding a parking spot, and no luck getting ahold of the owner, Hotels.com helped up find a different hotel for the night. So it might actually be really nice.

Lovely apartment in Bremen
When we reached Bremen the skies opened up and we were met by thunder and lightning and high winds, making it slightly difficult to find our way to Feldhouse. But after circling the area a few times we found it and were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. There was a double bed and a sofa along with a fold out bed, a table and a TV. Outside of the room, in the communal area, was a kitchen and the shower room. This area is shared with one more apartment. Outside Feldhouse is a nice Italian restaurant which I can highly recommend, but bring cash as they don't accept cards.

Family holiday August 2018
Travelled as a family of 4, spent 5 days here and enjoyed both the area and accommodation. Owner is very helpful and on site during the weekdays, plenty to do nearby and the main city is a short walk away (30 mins). Should we ever visit again we would definately stay here as it was an ideal location to travel outside of Bremen with good motorway links about 10 mins away. Local shops in the area are also close by and plenty of places to eat out in the area.

Cute Apartment, Lousy Parking
The location was in a residential neighborhood that lacked parking. Although there is on-street parking, it was virtually impossible to find. The day we arrived, I drove around for an hour trying to find the house because there was construction that resulted in a street closure, which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival and our GPS became confused with all of the one-way streets. Once we found the house, there was no on-street parking available, so we had to drive around until someone left. However, the next morning we were greeted by an angry neighbor woman who threatened to call the police on us because we had parked in her spot. There was nothing visible that stated it was an assigned spot and when we called to ask the owner where to park, we were told to park "anywhere," which was not helpful. I was not going to risk having a rental car towed, so we had to drive around looking for parking extensively each time we left the building and returned to ensure we were in a safe space. In addition, our apartment was at the very top of the stairs, and there was no elevator. It was difficult hauling huge suitcases up all the flights of stairs, especially for someone post knee surgery. The apartment itself was cute and comfortable. Although we were told someone would be in the office until 6, we arrived at 4:30 and the office was closed. Getting the key out of the code box was easy, but it would have been nice to have someone there to explain the parking situation.

Good location - But cannot recommend.
Quite small maisonette a nice big bed upstairs was very comfortable but the area is not well ventilated and so made the attempt at sleep in this area very hot and stuffy. We are fit and still found the stair up to the bed reasonably awkward. The shower was adequate but the basin is tiny and the toilet is very tight to the walls. There is a big couch down stairs (shown in the picture of the unit on Hotels.com) which can also convert to a bed - but this is truly not a place for four people there is not enough room. There is a Senseo coffee machine. Under the couch and table it's all quite dirty. The locality is nice, quiet and easy walk to everything - we really liked the location. Unfortunately this accommodation is only a 3 out of 10. Parking can be hard to find.

Lovely suburb of Bremen, nice walk into city centre and nice bars / restaurants close by. Good simple family room and facilities, perfect for a short good value break.
