In Villa NiMa are:

On the first floor (50m2) is a kitchen, a dining room , a living room, a bathroom, and a pantry with a washing machine. Following the interior stairs to the attic there are 2 bedrooms (double bed) with bathrooms.

The modermn kitchen is fitted wih a stove, a hood, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher.
The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes and cooking utensils and cutlery.

The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a sofa which can be converted to a comfortable bed(160x200).
The accomodation is completely air-conditioned with 3 units. Each bedroom has a seperate air-condition unit and one is in the living room.

Offering an exit to a beautiful, spacious (56m2) terrace which is partly situated to the south and the sea and partly to the mountain Biokovo.

The accomodation has a double bed,a wardrobe, a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels a sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The unit provides air conditioning and free internet.
In front of the unit there is a table with chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.

The garden(400m2) surrounded by olive trrees also has a swimming pool (3m x7m) with a terrace and sun loungers and a kitchen where our guest can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.

The property offers free parking and also an additional parking place 100m from the beach.

The nearset beach can be reached in 500m, Brela centre in 2km, and Punta Rata Beach in 1,2km.

Beautiful Property & Fantastic Host

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property. It has everything you could possibly need (especially the aircon and pool as it was very hot when we stayed!). The house caters brilliantly for a family - having 4 bathrooms really is a luxury. Outside really is beautiful with the vegetable garden and stunning pool area with views out to sea. The traditional BBQ was great, being able to cook for several people in a traditional way was great fun. I can’t write a review without mentioning Ivana who was such a great host throughout - thankyou

Amazing Brela

This is our first time in Croatia. It was very difficult to find a "modern" property but we found this house and its definitely exceeded our expectation. Everything is new and modern and the backyard with the pool is amazing. We also got our fresh herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Sage from the backyard garden. There are three levels with three bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There's also a bathroom at the living room. The room downstairs has a separate entrance. You have to get out of the living room and take the stairs down. If you are travelling with little children definitely have to be mindful as there are a lot of stairs and some don't have railings. However, we still had the BEST time and definitely come back! Also, the landlord Tina is very helpful and sweet! She provided comfortable baby cots during our stay.

Great location and perfect pool area

We had a great stay at the house. The pool area is fantastic with nice views. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and supermarket. Only a few minutes drive to several nice beaches. Our host answered quickly when contacted and was very helpful.

Schönes Haus mit super schönem Swimmingpool, Empfehlenswert.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und neu, der Swimmingpool hervorragend. Man muss nur wissen, dass es an einer Straße liegt, die man am Swimmingpool hört. Dies tut aber der Sache keinen Abbruch, dass es herrlich ist am und im Swimmingpool zu sitzen/schwimmen. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen für diejenigen, die dem Massenauflauf am Strand entgehen wollen.
