The only really thing that we were a little annoyed about was that the room had separate beds. Front desk staff were helpful when checking in.

More as a pension than a hotel, but overall was good. Breakfast and restaurant food were delicious, room was spacious, internet speed was above average. As downsides would be that they don't have available free parking as mentioned on the app (only 1 paid spot), no air conditioning and there is no elevator.

エレベーターがなかったのですが、受付の女性が荷物を運んでくれました。時差があって深夜に目覚めたのですが、WIFI情報がわからず深夜に受付に電話しましたが、親切に教えてくれました。また、充電のためのコンセントが多く助かりました。それでも、一つ離れたところのコンセントを使い忘れたままチェックアウトをしましたが、親切に教えてくれました。とれも好感がもてました。

Alles wie ich es mag

Für mich war das Hotel perfekt. Hatte allein ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt gelegen, war beides zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer Ruhe zum Schlafen braucht findet hier eine kleine Oase. TV auf dem neuesten Stand, die Möglichkeit mir auf dem Zimmer einen Tee zu bereiten war sehr angenehm. Nachts kann man Getränke und kleine Snacks aus dem Automaten bekommen. Das Frühstück entsprach einem guten Standard, war frisch und reichlich.

Relativt centralt, gångavstånd. Trevlig personal. Hundar välkomna. Fräsch toalett. Hård säng. Otroligt varmt inne i rummet. Ingen AC eller fläkt. Fönster mot trottoar och bottenplan så kunde bara ha fönstret öppet begränsat.

Im Zweibettzimmer nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit, laufend war der Fernseher defekt. Ferner hatte ich 1 Minibar erwartet um Sachen zu kühlen ( Medikamente usw ) Für Behinderte unmöglich, kein lift forhanden ausserdem Parkplatz Gebühren freiwillig von 12 Euro pro nacht.

Keine gute Erfahrung

1. Das Hotel wirbt in seiner Beschreibung mit "Parkplätze verfügbar", mir wurde bei der Ankunft aber gesagt, die gebe es nur im Sommer. Ich musste auf der Straße parken, in einiger Entfernung. Für mich war das Vorhandensein von Parkplätzen ein entscheidender Grund, dieses Hotel zu buchen. 2. Der Rezeptionist gab mir eine Schlüsselkarte, die nicht zur Tür des Zimmers passte, das mir genannt wurde. Auch der zweite Versuch scheiterte. Er sagte, die Zimmernummer sei falsch. Das Zimmer, das er mir dann nannte, war aber schon belegt. Erst im vierten Anlauf erhielt ich eine Schlüsselkarte, die zu meinem Zimmer passte. 3. Am zweiten Abend funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte nicht und musste neu programmiert werden. Für das Fehlen der Parkplätze und die Umstände, um in das Zimmer zu gelangen, gab es keine Entschuldigung, sondern im Gegenteil den Vorhalt, ich hätte nicht richtig gelesen.
