I didn’t like anything about this Quality Inn! The pictures on their website is a lie! I took pictures of our room. The towels were like sand paper , the blankets looks like it wasn’t washed, the door jam on top had a large gap, lol and it was half painted. There was no microwave as they showed in the pictures, I asked the young girl and she said only the suites and they move microwaves around as they see fit. Well that was good to know I couldn’t heat up anything if I wanted to. The check in process was horrible! Two people working and only one can do check inns! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER QUALITY INN!!

all concrert walkways were very dirty and full of cig butts and scrap paper. Also dirt. We watched a plastic clothes hanger lie on the handicap ramp for 3 days before it disappeared. Elevator entrance very dirty as were service areas. @ of us women in the room, 1 luggage rack. Electric outlet between beds, not working, 1 small box tissue, 1 roll toiler paper, 2 small bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes. No microwave( 1 was delivered after I complained). No ice machines working, was told by front desk NO ice machines worked. Was given some paper lists to order items then place on door for Service, Tried that, didn't get any service until I called the service desk. Then got toilet paper, tissue and a set of towels (which were closer to sandpaper than cotton towels. No hot breakfast my 1st morning there, don't know about the other days, I went out. (no breakfast hot or cold)

Very dated, very large sink crack, door trim had large hole it, replacement ac units had gap around it, stained carpet.. not worth what i paid

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was average but for the price. Needs more handicapped parking.

No Quality left .

Pros: The entry lobby was very nice.
Cons: Rooms need fresh paint, baseboards and woodwork need attention, just attention to basic upkeep.
Location: The location was in the middle of Hwy 76 where there are many shows and other activities.
The staff was terrific and the complimentary breakfast were the highlights at the Quality Inn. Location was great and the beds were fairly comfortable. But the condition of the rooms and hallways was deplorable. If you've heard the expression in reference to horses being rode hard and put away wet, that is a perfect description of this place. It needs an update badly! It was also noisy in the hallways through the night, which made it difficult to sleep and feel safe. So my review is that there is No Quality left at this Quality Inn!
