My family and I had a wonderful stay. Room was perfect, staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nice pools inside and outside. Very clean and easy to navigate. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Branson.

Hotel condition not good

We never should have even checked in. Immediately opening the door to the lobby it smelled. Then he said i booked a room i didnt, that wasnt a big deal. On the way to the room we said we hoped it didnt smell as bad as the lobby, it did, it smelled old and musty. Rain was dripping right in front of our room from the broken gutter, AC was duct taped and a wire was hanging out. The place is just not in good condition. We tried to get some money back for the unused night but they refused. We just went ahead and checked out and lost our money, there was no way we could stay there.

family weekend

We chose this hotel as it was a convenient location on the strip. The pictures the hotel shared though are not accurate of the actual premises or rooms. We were supposed to have 3 beds plus a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed or sofa at all. There were stains on the comforters. The paint was peeling on the walls and ceilings. The water in the shower stayed cold after 20 minutes. It never warmed up. It felt very dirty, the towels were stained. The indoor pool is not heated, the floors were dirty and the towels in the pool were also stained. It would not be a choice we would stay at again, unfortunately. The staff was kind, however. The only positive.

We have stayed in hotels, a LOT. This ranks as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would give it a 1 star if it wasn’t for its location. I feel like the location is really good- we walked over to Landry’s for dinner and walked down to the pool. Yet the cleanliness and “breakfast,” is barely subpar. There was a hair on the bed, the room was dirty, grime in the corners, and it doesn’t feel clean- that is the absolute worst feeling when staying in a hotel. The soap they provided smells like a car wash- I cannot even describe the lack of quality and care they are provided. Choice hotels name stuck out in this because what an awful choice we made. Housekeeping is not provided daily, only every 3 days- that was new…. Staff is somewhat friendly, but it cannot be overlooked that there is a lack of attention to detail- EVERYWHERE. ***There was a nail sticking out of the wall- PAINTED OVER!!!*** Tables feel like they are about to break with a push of a finger. Bathroom door doesn’t stay open It creaks and is poorly made everywhere. One person wrote a review for the beds, yes, they are unbalanced and the pillows are extremely flimsy and cheap- please skip this and don’t fall trap to the location like we did…

The hotel didn’t look anything like the photos. It was run down and dirty. We left and went to another hotel but couldn’t get a refund so we had to pay for rooms that we didn’t even use.

Hotel right in the middle of the strip, convenient to attractions. The hotel is showing its age, looks a little run down but over all the room was adequate, we appreciated the roll in shower.

Hotels.com zero quality inn rectified on their own

Well it started out not quite what I expected but within 24 hours they turned what was going to be a bad review into a great review I've never seen employees that want like the owners take so much care and concern and whether or not my family stay was going the way it was supposed to. In particular of the sky Dominique was awesome and they stayed on top of trying to make what wasn't right right and I really appreciate it I am a single mom I came there with five of my kids and I was really overwhelmed with how things were going at first and it turned out awesome I have Dominique and quality and the thing for that not hotels.com though they really dropped the ball

Staff was very helpful and friendly, however the beds were completely uncomfortable. Mattress springs felt like they were coming thru to your back making sleep very difficult. They need replaced. Super noisy and too much light comes thru around windows and doors at night.
