NOT HANDICAP!

It's a handicap room boasting of what I would consider inappropriate furniture for a handicap. We really cut corners on the renovation. My desk boasted of a foot stool as a chair. No back support! The desk looks like it is suited for a kindergarten child and a coloring book. No coffee pot. Definitely I'd fire your ass if you were the designer!

It is terrible trying to figure out how to enter on the property. The breakfast wasn’t worth getting up early to eat. If my room had been cleaned before I entered they would have known the handle on the toilet was broken. There is only about 2 channels on the television.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They canceled our room without notice! Worst customer service at the front desk. They “overbooked”. Said they were at -1 rooms but then said they had to send several people to the spark hotel 20 minutes away. This does not make sense! She stated they called “multiple” times. I never had a miscall. She then stated that it went straight to voicemail but no voicemail was left. Also stated that they sent an email and no email was received. I will NEVER stay at a Spark or anything associated with Spark
