Our room was clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Other than that we were Very disappointed in this property. Check-in was a terrible experience. Our room was overfilled with furniture making it extremely difficult for me to negotiate with my wheelchair despite the fact I was told it would be no problem. It was impossible to get my chair into the bathroom which was a major inconvenience. Bath linens were replaced upon request but 2 washcloths and 2 towels are barely adequate. Parking was atrocious. 2 handicap spaces for a facility with over 300 rooms is ludicrous. Many guests were forced to park in lots belonging to other businesses. Fortunately our vehicle wasn’t towed for being in the wrong spot. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was barely adequate. From beginning to end it was an unpleasant experience. The lady at check out never asked about or stay or thanked us for our business. Very poor value for money spent. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good for the value.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet. Average on the comfort level. We had a room in the adjoining building above the breakfast area, so we woke up daily to a greasy smell (probably from them cooking the food). Would stay again but would request a room in the main building.

worst stay in a hotel I've ever had!

the room smelled like old socks. I believe the odor came from the bed which smelled like either someone sweated in it for a very long time, or vomited in it or died in it. needed to keep my head on a pillow lying on my back. woke multiple times when sleeping when my face rested on the sheets - was like smelling salts. not at all restful.

There was a 2nd hand smoke smell our room. I had specifically requested a non smoking room. We arrived late and we had to wait to check in because the guest in front of us was arguing with the receptionist. As we were waiting Expedia kept changing price of room. It started at $99, $121, $154 and unfortunately paid $185. Not happy with Comfort in nor Expedia. Both need to do better!!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it was fine, nithing special. This time the room smelled like musty carpet. The breakfast is generous but the plastic cups and plasticware were cheap. The spoons were twisted and could barely hold the oatmeal I tried to eat. The plastic cups were so thin! The best part about the stay was the shower! That was excellent. The cost of the rooms in Rutland were outrageous.
