Stunning 3 Bed Home with South Facing Solar Heated Pool at Tara Golf

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom solar heated pool home backing on to 1st fairway of Tara Golf Course. If you choose, your rental comes with a nominal golf membership option with a 1 month minimal stay. Relax by the southern exposure pool with a drink after dinner or dine at the club in one of the best restaurants in the area.

The home has been completely renovated with new furniture, kitchen appliances, floors and paint. The rental also includes cable TV, broadband internet.

The master bedroom includes a TV, king bed with walk in shower and closet while the second bedroom includes its own shower and double bed. The third bedroom features three single beds with walk in shower.

The home has two living rooms with one featuring a pull out couch for extra sleeping, a large flat screen HD TV as well as a separate dining area with comfortable seating for eight.

The clubhouse is a short walk from the lanai and includes besides fabulous dining a state of the art fitness area and spa.

Lovely Location

This house has a quiet neighborhood atmosphere, yet it provides easy access to major thoroughfares and is close to numerous shopping and recreational sites. The pool is well maintained, and the golfers are visible but not distracting. Evenings on the back patio were very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. We would stay here again sometime.

Perfect getaway

Perfect house for family. Central living areas, bedrooms all in own area so felt like each family member had its own area. ( traveled with adult children). Close to 75, easy trip to beaches and river. House had everything you need.

Great Place

We had a great stay. The home was as described, the property was clean and the home amenities suited our families need well. The pool deck and pool were very nice, however, we visited in November, and the solar heating was not significant, I may have misunderstood the description of the heating, but assumed the water would have been warmer for swimming during November. Overall great stay, would definitely come back.

Mixed experience

Owner allowed us into the house early. House and pool area lovely. Cleaning was not up to scratch but bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Disappointed only plastic glasses supplied. Enquired if any damaged had been caused to the house by Helene and was told no damage. A screen panel was damaged and an aluminium strut hanging down. Further damage was caused by Milton. We kept owner up to date but not once did he enquire about are wellbeing. After 3 days of no power we decided to leave. Appreciate it was our decision to both stay and leave. Bedding and linen left in laundry room as requested. Dish washer needed to be run. Everything else left clean and tidy. We appreciate hurricanes happen and we would have stayed for the full week had power returned and none of this was the fault of the owner. We could have continued to use the pool had we had a pool net to fish out the leaves but the when we thought that one was situated in the corner of the pool area it turned out it was just a pole with no net attached. We had been told outside furniture had been place in garage, not the case, we had to bring it indoors. We did our best to look after the property during the hurricane, we kept the owner up to date, we received no thanks or enquiry about our well being. Very disappointing.

Great Property

The house was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious and clean. I would probably not stay here again ONLY because it's too far from the beaches. I've just decided that it is too much trouble to drive that far for a beach day.

Family Spring Break

The house was spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed to make our week stay enjoyable. The screened-in lanai and pool area was wonderful for having a refreshing swim or relaxing in the jetted spa attached to the pool. It also made outdoor meals a fun and a laid back experience. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was extremely convenient to get to all the activities we were interested in. It was near public golf courses (within a 15 min drive) which my husband and son enjoyed several times and we were able to get to several of the gulf coast beaches in the area within 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. We would highly recommend this property. Definitely would stay here again the next time we come down to Florida.

Very comfortable Stay

We love this home with a pool on the golf course. Sand hill cranes greet us in the morning. Very quiet neighborhood close to 75 to get you to Sarasota in no time. We love the area. Lots to do. Good restaurants. Owners are very easy to contact with any issues.

This property has been one of the best choices I’ve been made to stay in Sarasota/ Bradenton area. My Family and I stayed for a week and was a very pleasant experience to stay - enjoy and rest. Rooms and Bathrooms were big enough and súper comfortable / clean. Beds extremely comfy for everyone. Kitchen my favorite one lol. But also Pool area!! That I can’t decide where to expend more time chilling lol. Great neighborhood for morning joggers. Wonderful close area for shopping eating and Last but not least to go to the beach. Highly recommended 😀

Pool experience is nice, but house needs work

The pool experience is nice and there is easy access to the nearby highway. However, upon entering the home, you're hit with a musty smell. You'll find mold in the washer and a strong musty smell coming from underneath the sink, laundry room and owner's bathroom. There's duct tape holding the microwave together, the springs on the dish washer door are broken so you drop it on your foot. There's a light in the kitchen hanging by its wires and a gap between the sliding doors so large you stick your finger into it. Upon booking the property, I reached out to the owner for a receipt (for reimbursement) and never heard back. Overall disappointing--my wife and kids counted down the days until we left.

Fantastic home

This property was an excellent place to stay, well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, either as an adult or family group. The house is spacious enough that you’re not on top of each other, but intimate enough should you all wish to be together, and the pool is fantastic. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Awesome reunion

We had a wonderful time reconnecting with grandparents for the first time since the shutdown. The home is beautiful. The bedrooms are perfectly laid out for privacy. Having two living rooms was helpful. The kids loved their time in the pool. And I appreciated how much thought was put into insuring guests were prepared - from detailed instructions (thank you!) to ample towels to items for the beach (we definitely overpacked with our “just in case” items ). Pauline was responsive to any questions. We had a amazing time. I would definitely recommend.

Very quiet and relaxing spot

We rented the villa whilst we were nearby to celebrate my sons wedding. Its a beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Whilst we had sunny days it was like a bath. We had a few teething problems but were able to contact the owner. A few things to note was the lack of glass ware. There were 2 only. The rest were plastic. But this certainly wasn’t a deal breaker. We would certainly stay again.
