Glorious Mornings!
I will surely miss my mornings at this lovely condo. The photo cannot capture the always changing landscape in the horizon and the morning greetings from the water birds just below the lanai: 3 sleek otters weaving among the marsh grasses, while nearby stately Great Blues stealth through the shallow waters and ducks playfully out-skim each other across the large pond. Bring your binoculars to catch all the action! Other condos overlook golf first then nature. The location of this condo is perfect because the 7th hole is on the other side of the large marsh & pond which is just below. Yes, we are also avid golfers and River Strand is one of the top courses in the area in terms of conditioning, challenging course design, green speed and the abundance of natural areas. Also easy access to good quality theatre, symphony and arts in nearby Sarasota. La Boheme at Sarasota Opera was surprisingly good compared to other major city productions. My final compliments are for the owners who generously go out of their way to ensure the condo is well-stocked and very comfortable. Bikes, helmets, beach chairs & towels are also provided for use. It is the 'extras' that distinguish this unit over others that we have previously rented.
