This place was perfect for our week at the beach! It was so well equipped and stocked with everything and anything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, everything was in perfect working order and the place was very spacious and comfortable. Make sure to take the golf cart for a little cruise along the waterfront nearby. Only downside was the bugs -which made sitting outside on the amazing patio difficult. The hosts did provide bug spray which was appreciated.

Charming home, in a very convenient location, with nice touches throughout. We had everything we needed, including very thoughtfully providdd toiletries and snacks. Cozy evenings on the back porch with the fire table, and easy stroll to magnificent sunsets and bird/dolphin viewing!

Very comfortable beds! Baskets with travel sized toiletries and individually wrapped snacks. Outdoor shower to rinse off from a day at the beach and minimize sand getting in unwanted places. All the trash bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent you’ll need for an entire stay! Close proximity to get to AMI.

Wonderful place

We absolutely enjoyed the property and all the amenities that the owners shared with us. Excellent location because you are walking distance to the bay where you are treated with beautiful scenery and amazing manatees. I most definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to beaches and close to stores and restaurants!!!!

Such a cute house and neighborhood! Great location, close enough to beaches but far enough away from the busy. House was great, cozy but roomy enough for 6 people. It was stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Everything you need was provided

The house was stocked with all cookware, coffee maker and coffee, a grill and some basic spices. Would definitely consider staying there again.

We enjoyed staying in this charming house. The amenities were top notch, and the water views only a few steps away were very relaxing. The vibe in the community was a good one. Lots of people rode bikes and walked the neighborhood, and at sunset lots of people gathered to watch. We enjoyed the provided golf cart which we used everyday to drive by the water’s edge. I’d recommend this place!

Spacious bungalow

This little gem is not little! 3 huge bedrooms, great backyard, and ample living and cooking areas make this a great stay for a group or a romatic get away. I love this location. You will see a myriad of sea birds while enjoying sunsets over the bay. And it is a quick drive to the gorgeous sands of Anna Maria Island. Our host was more than responsive and the property was pristine. We will definitely be back!!I love this location.

What an awesome house…the owner thought of everything. We arrived to find snacks in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, bug spray/sun screen for our use, beach towels and beach chairs…even coffee and water. It felt like such a luxury to be taken care of in this way. The house is beautiful, very cozy and beachy. The back yard with the Adirondack chairs and fire pit was wonderful for morning coffee and evening chats. The beds were super comfortable, the golf cart was fun to cruise around on, the location of the house was beautiful. All in all it was a great house with a great owner, we would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been to Bradenton Beach nine times. This property is in a great location near the Paradise Bay retirement community which borders Sarasota Bay. It’s has terrific views of the bay and a nice roadway near the beach to ride a golf cart or bikes. The use of the golf cart is a nice benefit. I had difficulty renting bikes since the property isn’t on the main island and the rental places nearby only rent e-bikes. Many of the bike rental businesses on the island won’t deliver off of the island. Overall, I would definitely rent again. You can’t beat the proximity to Cortez or Coquina Beach which is a short drive away. Please be aware that certain times of the day may require more time since there is only one way to get across the bridge in Cortez to the island. We found leaving before 10 in the morning is your best bet.

Better than anticipated-great place, great location!

Despite the devasting damage left by recent hurricanes, this sweet home was ready for us and had everything we needed! It was clean, updated, and had plenty of extras including beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The bed in the master bedroom was SO comfy and the pillows were awesome. You can tell the owners take pride in this property and want their guests to enjoy their stay from start to finish, which we did. There’s water access just a block away and my hubby caught a few different kinds of fish. The golf cart wasn’t available to us due to damage to it from the hurricanes but we got around by foot and the drive to local restaurants and the beach is literally less than 10 minutes.
