Inside the cottage there is a nice living room with a futon, a galley kitchen, laundry room and a full bathroom. The backyard deck is amidst a serene picnic area with table and grill. Enjoy pickle ball close by.

Our stay was fantastic! The cottage was perfect for our needs! Everything was as advertised! Everything we needed was easy to find and use! The cottage was clean and seemed well maintained. Location was great! Easy beach access and never had to drive anywhere!

Love that the host, Randy, made a point of meeting us. He was kind and great to talk to. What a sweet place to stay! Lots of love has been put into this little house and the little details were not missed by us. It felt like a home away from home from simple decor to the little things provided such as a few hangers in the closet, coffee and other basics in the pantry, a hamper for laundry.. and an extra beach bag, which came in quite handy! The shade was so nice to have but I bet even more valuable in the warmer parts of the season. Our only wish was for a full-length mirror--that's it! Definitely would like to return and definitely encouraging family to stay in the same spot when they come down.

The location was great for me as I always walk or use the A.M.I. Trolley to get around. The cottage was well furnished, (as far as appliances and kitchen equipment). There were plenty of nice towels and linens. I would not recommend this location for a large group or family with small children, (no yard space for outside activities). The living room furniture and throw rugs are worn and dated. As a solo traveler I would stay there again as the size and location fit my needs very nicely. And communication with the owners was always positive and pleasant.

The cottage was absolutely adorable. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for the pier, shops, restaurants and beach. The pickle ball court is a plus. So glad we discovered this gem. Hope to return in the future.
