Runaway Bay 212 is a fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium in the centrally located Runaway Bay community. The Runaway Bay complex is situated in the middle of Bradenton Beach around many shops and restaurants. Runaway Bay also has private beach access available to its residents and guests as well as a private fishing dock and kayak launch, so it is the perfect place to stay if you plan on doing any excursions throughout your stay. It is unit #212 on the second floor with a great view of the pond. In addition to the large windows to encapsulate the view of island life outside, there is a screened-in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the view. The bedroom features a King bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a walk in-shower and is accessible from either the hall or the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to cook a great dinner for two or the family. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit to use at your convenience.

The Runaway Bay community provides plenty of amenities to take advantage of during your stay such as access to a shared community pool, BBQ grills, private beach access, a club house with a kitchen and living areas to relax and unwind, as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball, bocce ball, fitness center, kayak launch, and a community fishing pier. This property includes access to a fishing pier that is shared between the other units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the pier during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

This condominium association requires a parking permit to be always displayed on your car dashboard. One parking spot is assigned for this property, however there are multiple guest spots nearby. Only gas powered golf carts allowed per condo association!

This condo requires a 7-night minimum stay.

Perfect location!

Had a lovely week here! Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make meals, which was nice. I would definitely bring seasonings, salt/pepper, things like that…some VRBO’s have those, this one didn’t. I would also make sure to bring beach towels, there were only a few here and they were like the kind from a hotel. I’m a planner so was glad I brought my own ziplocs, paper towel, garbage bags, foil, dish pods, dish soap, laundry soap- all those things. The bed was nice and big, but pretty firm so if you like a softer bed, maybe bring one of those egg crate foam mattresses. Couch doesn’t pull out but there was a single air mattress that had its own plug-in air pump. No ice maker, just the trays so we did go through a few bags of ice while having vacation beverages on the beach;) Also, as a FYI, you can get Kroger groceries delivered right to the condo so after a long car ride, that was super convenient! Overall, this place had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again- very clean and had pretty much everything we needed!

5 star stay at runaway bay

Apartment was nice and clean, had all you would need and more. Having the brolly for the beach, hair dryer etc was excellent. Communication with property manager was quick and answered all questions promptly. Having stayed many times in Anna Maria the location is great for a stroll to Bridge street, easy access to the beach and trolley stop right outside made it easy to get up the north end of the island. Would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall the condo and complex were right on. Condo was clean and overall up to date. Only complaint was the blinds were broke and kept falling off and the beach chairs that were left for us to use were broken.

A Lovely AMI Condo

A very nice, clean and well equipped condominium. Walk across Gulf Drive from the front entrance and you're at the beach. The free Trolley Bus that takes you up and down AMI which is very convenient in that you don't have to worry about parking is a plus. A trolley comes by at each stop about every 20 minutes. I would stay at this property again. Loved It !
