Home is lovely multilevel that is well stocked and perfect for multi-generation family use. There are excellent instructions available for all the tech (elevator, pool remote, TVs, blinds) and makes it easy for older family members to navigate stairs. Host company is easy to contact. The beach is beautiful & endless. The beach park trail is also gorgeous to the south, and close to the historic district to the north (less than half mile). Would definitely stay again. Mindful that the pool is mostly shaded, the beach is across the road (but there is a cross walk with light just feet away), and rooftop access is well secured.

I was only disappointed not knowing the original refrigerator in the kitchen was not working, but was replaced. Communication with your office was lacking..Other than that we all loved our visit. The location was fantastic! My older grandchildren could walk to town while we were able to sit on the upper deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsetsI celebrated my 85th birthday and enjoyed every minute!! See you for my 86th!!

Great Week

We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and all new plus the layout was fantastic. We had family of various ages and everyone could find their “space” whe the er that was the roof top deck, the pool, family room or the two other great balconies. And our week we had some really windy days and some sun burn people so the shaded pool area was really nice. We thought the furniture was very comfortable and we loved the location. For some you might find it busy but all the roads are busy on AMI and we were right across the street from the beach with awesome views, the beach wasn’t crowded, we could walk to the historic downtown area and the trolly stop was near by. Management was super responsive when the pool heater was off and we had a small issue with no outlets in the garage working to charge a golf cart and had things fixed within hours. Given all the damage from the hurricane just six months ago, the island has made an incredible comeback and so impressed. The two homes right next to this one look like total losses which is sad to see the old charm destroyed.

Fabulous time!

We booked this house literally the day before we flew down. It seemed like they had some work scheduled because they were planning on the house being empty but they accommodated us. They did some landscaping but it wasn’t a big deal at all and they were very communicative. The house itself is gorgeous, as someone who loves to cook on vacation I enjoyed the high end appliances. The knives and pans aren’t the best but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The garage game room wasn’t as in the pictures probably because they haven’t gotten to it yet after the storms, it wasn’t a big deal for us either. Everything else was wonderful! The only thing I would take note of for future bookings is that there is beach parking across the street, The city was working on it while we were there so no one could park there, making the beach not crowded at all! I imagine if people could park there the beach might be busier. We’ve never stayed at this end of the island and it’s nice. There is a lot of traffic on Gulf drive, most of the time but people let us in and out of the driveway. The host company was very responsive when we needed anything. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We all loved it! Would stay there again!

Beautiful property with a great location!

The house is across the street from the beach, so the views are amazing, but you must overlook a busy street with a lot of construction. The house was very clean, and I'd love to stay here again. However, the furniture is very uncomfortable. The beds are quite firm, and the pillows are foam and not very comfortable. I appreciate the three levels of the house, and the bedrooms are spacious and in good locations. The bathrooms are a good size, too. I love the deck off the second floor. The rooftop deck is not easy to get to and is completely not a possibility if you are afraid of heights. Overall, I liked the house but I wish they would get better quality furniture.

Very nice property overlooking the beach.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Just the road to cross to get to the beach. AMI locals that takes care of the property was very helpful. We just called them and they immediately came. There is a pool and a spa. The place is big and is well stocked for a large crowd. It was a good holiday.

Beautiful house... when things are working.

We booked this property for the pool and the hot tub. We knew it was going to be chilly, and that we were not going to be spending very much time at the beach. Because this was a family reunion with ages spanning from 3 to 82, we wanted a relaxing place for three generations to get together. Upon our arrival, the pool and hot tub were not working, the stove didn't work, and there was no hot water. We spent our entire first day here troubleshooting, with repairmen in our space, and trying to convince management to get the gas tank filled ASAP. All we wanted was to use the pool and the hot tub, cook dinner and take showers after very long travel days. None of these were possible. At this price point, the house should be in working condition. From the second day onwards, the house was great. Once the gas tank had been filled, everything worked. The view was great, the location was convenient, decor was modern and clean, and the house felt new. If it hadn't been for the troubles we encountered on the first day, we would rate this house excellent. Hopefully for future tenants they'll have things figured out. We are still waiting for our first day refund.
