Plus side:The condo was as described. It has a great ocean view. It s a short walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The host answered my questions quickly. Negative side:The screen needs redone on the balcony as it let bugs in. Also the fan on the balcony only works with the light on. Not good since it’s turtle nesting time.

Very nice condo on the beach. Beautiful views, beach right outside. Elevator worked great. The beds were fairly comfortable, the master bed was a bit too firm for our tastes. The condo provided 2 chairs and a beach umbrella, though we never used the chairs (the complex provides plenty of beach chairs). Only complaint was the everyone from the complex plus people from across the street all set up chairs/tents very early in the morning and then left, so that by about 9am the beach spots were quite full already, even though people were not even there. The island is very nice. We ended up going to most beaches, but Bean Point was our favorite. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

The property was clean, organized, extremely well maintained the maintenance guy didn’t stop at all, a very busy person. Pool was clean and well looked after and beach access was very convenient. Also very quite.

Excellent week

The property was great. The location was also great. The beach was in the backyard which was my favorite. My only issue was the bed were uncomfortable. Besides that it was an excellent week.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay in AMI. The property was well stocked with what we needed. Great location to reach both ends of the island. The property itself could use some freshing up. The living room furniture is pretty worn. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location - a few issues

The good: The location is fantastic. We really appreciated the covered parking and proximity to a trolley stop. It was not clear that lounge chairs were readily available - it was a nice surprise but we would have left our own chairs at home if we'd known. The foot shower was amazing and really cut down on the amount of sand we tracked around. Unit was neat and easy to get around in. Plenty of storage in closet and nicely sized bathroom. The not so good: The refrigerator had food in it when we arrived and smelled foul. The odor never got better, even after we threw out the food. The washing machine was great to have but it too smelled foul and was full of mold and slime. We didn't have sufficient bath towels without washing several times. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was insufficiient. The screened-in porch was lovely, but there was a large hole that allowed insects in. Kitchen was full of items but no sharp knives. Visible mold noted on the ceiling AC vents. Pocket doors between LR and primary bedroom made it difficult to enjoy both at the same time. Overall, not a terrible stay but definitely overpriced given the issues we encountered.
