Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. Easter at Bradenton Beach :-)
A compact and very comfortable one bedroom unit. Only a short walk from the expansive Bradenton beach and Bridge Street; with it's range of shops and restaurants. We parked our rental car in the allocated space, and mostly used the free MCAT trolley, which runs from Coquina Beach in the south, to Anna Maria City Pier in the north. Local traffic permitting it's a frequent and convenient service. The condo is extremely well equipped including a ground floor locker of beach equipment. The complex is also well maintained with a nice sunny pool area. Overall we had a very nice week in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island. One of our favourite places we have visited many times, and hope to return again soon.

Great Spring Break Trip!
Our family (myself and my husband, along with our two teenagers) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect - we walked or used our rented golf cart to get around. Lovely accommodations, quiet and friendly. Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the owners and appreciated the welcome book full of information. Highly recommend!
